MeetSyncNow lets users create time-based events, invite individuals or groups, and receive synchronized notifications/reminders.

• Phone number (if you register it) – used to match invitations and group membership.
• Anonymous user identifier (Firebase UID) – used for account and authorization.
• Event and group data – e.g., event time, participants/members, and invitation status.
• FCM token – used to send push notifications related to events/invitations.
• Status timestamps (e.g., “last active”) – used to handle device changes/reinstalls.

4. Why this data is needed

• To create and manage events, groups, and invitations.
• To deliver synchronized notifications/reminders.
• To ensure stability when changing devices or reinstalling the app.

5. Legal basis

Processing is necessary to provide the service (performance of a contract) and for our legitimate interests in operating the service safely and reliably.

We do not sell personal data. The app uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, and Cloud Messaging) for anonymous sign-in, data storage, and push notifications.
